    Cheap and cheerful. These are ok for butt rests but no good if you want to change the support type or put an alarm on. The top rod doesn’t have a threaded section, the grips are fixed. They are also fairly short which isn’t a problem, just very dependant on the required application. The metal on the locking grip is VERY soft metal and I am quite often very nervous about tightening up the grip once the rod is extended. Overall for the price it fair value. If you want better, then spend more is the moral of the story.
